REFUND POLICY.

At The Schreckengost Future of Care Foundation, we deeply appreciate every donation and commitment to our mission. Because donations go directly toward funding patient care and expanding access to integrative healthcare, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we recognize that special circumstances may arise.

1. General Donation Refund Policy

All donations made to the Foundation are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

✔ Duplicate Transactions: If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate donation, we will process a refund upon request.
✔ Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation was made without authorization or due to identity theft, we will verify the claim and issue a refund.
✔ Clerical Errors: If a donation was made in the wrong amount or an input mistake occurred, we will work with the donor to correct the issue.

2. Recurring Donation Cancellations

If you are enrolled in our monthly giving program, you may modify or cancel your recurring donation at any time by:

Recurring donations that have already been processed cannot be refunded but will be canceled for future cycles.

3. Event & Fundraiser Contributions

✔ Donations made as part of a special event, fundraiser, or sponsorship are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by the Foundation.
✔ If an event is canceled, we will notify donors regarding refund eligibility.

4. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that third-party payment processors (such as credit card companies or PayPal) may charge transaction fees, which we do not control. These fees are non-refundable, even if the donation itself is refunded.
